Dr. Moros is a skilled Spanish translation educator with over 25 years of experience as a professional translator and interpreter. He is the Director of the Intensive English Language Institute at Worcester State University in Massachusetts. From 2013 to 2018, he worked a court translation specialist for the Massachusetts Trial Court. From 1999 to 2013, he worked at the Universidad de Los Andes in Mérida, Venezuela, where he served as the head of University Translation Services, the coordinator of the Master of Arts in Teaching/Learning Foreign Languages and taught scientific, technical, medical, legal and literary translation. Additionally, he is an active member of the American Translators Association.
Dr. Moros holds a PhD in Translation Studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He also holds a master’s degree in Spanish (translation track) and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish translation from Kent State University.
