Adelphi University welcomes international students to many of our programs, however, there are some restrictions related to online study.
Applicants who are not U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents: Adelphi University is unable to issue an I-20 for an F-1 visa for fully online or blended programs. Fully online study is permitted for international students who plan to complete the program from within their home location, without need for an F-1 visa.
International students studying in the United States on an F-1 visa are required to be enrolled full time in on-campus courses. Only a limited number of online courses are permitted.
