Upon completion of the English to Spanish Translation Studies certificate program, students will be prepared to render professional translations from English to Spanish in business, financial, legal, medical, marketing and literary fields. This certificate program provides thorough preparation for the American Translators Association (ATA) exam.
Using editing techniques preferred by professional translation agencies and other professional environments, students gain advanced writing, editing and quality control skills. Students who successfully complete the program can graduate confident in their knowledge of current techniques and procedures for producing accurate translations in the public and private sectors.
