Accessing Your Course

Find out how to access technology resources for your course.

To participate in an online or blended course, you will need to have access to a computer and an Internet connection. See videos at the bottom of this page for tutorials on how to access these resources.


Your Adelphi ID and the eCampus Portal

Your Adelphi username is your personal identification that allows you to access Adelphi’s online and network services through eCampus, including email, registration and Moodle. For students, your username is generally firstnamelastname however there are cases where exceptions apply. Get information about how to log in.

Adelphi University Gmail and Google Apps

All registered Adelphi students are assigned an AU Gmail account that they can continue to use after graduation.

AU Gmail and Google Apps are accessible using any desktop, laptop or mobile device with an internet connection. After you log in to eCampus, click on the Student Gmail icon under the Services tab. Save it  as one of your “Favorite Services” to access more easily on future visits.  Student and alumni addresses end with @mail.adelphi.edu. Faculty and staff email addresses end with @adelphi.edu

CLASS (Course Listing, Advisement and Student Services)

Adelphi’s Course Listing, Advisement and Student Services system enables students to register for courses, make payments, check grades and view your personal, academic and financial information.

Moodle Course Management System

Moodle is Adelphi’s web-based course management system for online, blended and on-campus courses. You will use Moodle to access course materials, take quizzes or tests, submit assignments, engage in class discussions, and more.

Registered students can access Moodle via Adelphi’s eCampus portal. Click the Moodle icon on your My eCampus homepage under the Enrolled Courses section. Please note: If you do not see your course on Moodle, it means that your instructor has not yet made the course available to students.

You can also find the Moodle icon under the Services tab on eCampus or access easily on future visits by saving it as one of your “Favorite Services.”
