Our online Master of Science in Nutrition program prepares students to assume key roles in a variety of public and private settings, including clinical, community and public health, education and research, business and industry, and wellness and media. With our small class sizes, dedicated team of expert faculty and community-focused curriculum, we work to create a close-knit, mentorship environment where students grow and learn from hands-on experience. Through interactive assignments and in-depth discussion boards, our faculty members inspire and guide students to draw on their personal experiences to better understand and expand on the topics covered in our course material.
Our online nutrition degree program is designed to give you the broader context for the challenges that health and wellness experts, as well as educators, face today. While individual health and nutrition issues are important, addressing personal nutrition is only part of the battle. Our focus on community health allows our nutrition graduates to develop the expertise and the tools to advocate for health equity throughout their communities and help make healthy nutrition options accessible for everyone. Our graduates are well-positioned to become managers, researchers, educators, advocates and directors who can lead efforts to create and implement programs and policy concerning dietetics, food and nutrition.
The MS in Nutrition program will allow you to:
